A NOTICE ABOUT OUR CLASSES - Monday, January 11, 2010

I would like to thank all of our loyal students for seeing us through our first two years of jewelry making classes.  We couldn’t have done it without you!  You inspired us to reach for bigger and better and we have been overwhelmed by your talent and creativity.

With growth, comes change.  Starting in January 2010 we will be clearly delineating levels for each of our classes.  You will see a series of classes offered for beginner, intermediate and advanced students.  Of course, advanced students are welcome in all levels to brush up on their skills, but we would ask beginners to be realistic about their skills in choosing classes.  We want you to be happy and have success, not be frustrated.  Only you know your own frustration level and we are happy to have you in any class that you feel you are ready for. 

As always, we ask your cooperation in arriving to classes on time.  If you need to select materials, please allow yourself enough time prior to the starting time to gather your supplies.  We are going to try to keep to the two hour class time as much as possible this year and an on time start will help us achieve this goal.

We would like to add “series” classes to advance your skills in specific areas.  Please let Camille know if you are interested in a PMC, Resin, Glass Fusing or Mixed Media series.  Once we have a core group we will schedule these classes at your convenience.  Keep in mind that we will grow each class on techniques learned with class prior.  Attendance will be necessary to keep up.  Projects may take more that one class session to complete.

We hope these changes will be beneficial to you.  We are always looking for your input and suggestions.  Keep your creative juices flowing!!
