I have always loved jewelry and worn it.  To satisfy the passion, the logical option was to make my own.

In 1998 I lucked into a workshop at FIT in NY and I have been beading since then.  Choosing the design, picking out the colors and seeing the necklace as it progresses is very exciting.  I love color and the way the colors combined can make or break a design.

I joined the NY Bead Society and that opened a door to other bead people like me.  We needed to learn to bead and learn new techniques to accomplish that purpose.  The teachers were world-renowned and they shared their knowledge with us.  The techniques I learned from them have been invaluable to growing my bead ability.
